Purchases & Subscriptions

Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase. If restoration fails, restart the app and try again. All purchases made with your Apple ID will be restored automatically.

To cancel your Premium subscription: Open iPhone Settings > tap your name at the top > Subscriptions > TapHorizon > Cancel Subscription. Your benefits will continue until the end of your current billing period.

First, try restoring purchases from Settings. If the item still does not appear, restart the app and check your internet connection. If the issue persists, contact Apple Support for a refund, or reach out to us with your Apple receipt.

All purchases are processed through Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find TapHorizon in your purchase history, and select "Request a Refund." Apple handles all refund decisions.

Gameplay

You have a maximum of 10 energy. Each Journey Mode level costs 1 energy to play. Energy regenerates every 6 minutes (60 minutes for a full refill). New players enjoy 2 hours of unlimited energy. Endless Mode is free and does not consume energy. Premium subscribers have unlimited energy.

Complete all 10 levels and defeat the boss in your current realm to unlock the next one. Earth Realm is unlocked by default. Progress through Air, Fire, Water, and finally Celestial Realm by defeating each realm's guardian.

Stars are earned by completing levels with high accuracy. Each level awards 1-3 stars based on your performance. You can replay levels to improve your star rating. Premium subscribers earn 2x stars on all levels.

Tap notes have a glowing ring indicator -- tap once when the note reaches the hit zone. Hold notes show a flowing particle trail -- press and hold until the trail ends. Perfect timing on both types builds your combo multiplier.

Technical Issues

Go to Settings > Audio Calibration to adjust timing for your device. Use the calibration tool to tap along with the beat until it feels synchronized. Different devices may require different calibration offsets due to audio latency variations.

Try these steps: 1) Close other apps running in the background. 2) Restart your device. 3) Ensure you have at least 500MB of free storage. 4) Check that Low Power Mode is disabled. 5) If on an older device, try reducing visual effects in Settings.

Game progress is saved locally and synced to iCloud when available. Ensure iCloud is enabled for TapHorizon in Settings > Apple ID > iCloud. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, check that you're signed into the same Apple ID and iCloud account.

Try these solutions: 1) Force quit the app and reopen. 2) Restart your device. 3) Update to the latest iOS version. 4) Delete and reinstall the app (your purchases can be restored). If crashes persist, contact support with your device model and iOS version.
